      -On BSCS 6.0 & 7.0 Billing System.-Ensuring smooth functioning of Bill cycle activities and BSCS 6.0 Rating batch operations and received appreciation from management for the same.-Fetching Raw CDR files from SWITCH.-Mediation: Filtering out Pre-Paid and incoming calls and SMS from switch cdr’s. -Rate Post-paid Home calls, Tapin3.2 (Roaming) calls, GPRS calls using BSCS 6.0.-Rejection handling at PRIH and RIH level.-Recycling of drop calls.-Carrying out periodic Bill run activity for POST paid customers.-Handling pre-bill (preparing for the Bill run) and post bill (checks & providing the Postscripts for Physical bill generation) activities.-Handling the Bill cycle Process (BCH), debugging errors both specific disputes withSubscriber as well as system specific errors and analysing rating & billing related errors from error logs using UNIX commands.-Executing Test/Live Bill run with proper cut off rating to ensure accurate billing.-Contribution towards daily reconciliation with the subscriber data of CDR’s to avoid revenue loss-Perform necessary check to ensure smooth system functionality and sufficient System space. Rating cdr’s for VAS (Value Added Services) like CRBT services and CONTENT. Providing report to MIS team using PAS for Prepaid Customers. Having knowledge of CRS, to view the customer’s bill. Assisting Various Department till Final Bill is printed. Hand on experience in tools like Toad. Report suite Knowledge used to generate bills. Weekly & monthly reports generation. Interacting with team of 6 people monitoring their jobs/assignments and to support wherever required.
