      In this position, my role was to provide HR generalist support to over 200 stores across NSW and ACT. Over my time in this role, this position had transitioned from a HR adminstration role to a HR advisory role. I was involved in a number of process improvements including developing and maintaining employee database, introduced HR reporting, and developing a new starter kit to effectively onboard new employees.

      In this role I was responsible for managing the centralised Talent Acquisition and HR Services teams for ANZ. Our Talent Acquisition team manage all aspects of the end to end recruitment process across all sites and corporate for ANZ, including onboarding & relationship management, as well as the delivery of key projects.
