  I completed projects related to re-designing of liquid feeding system and assisted in commissioning and general operation of the first municipal solid waste to compressed Bio-methane plant in South Africa. I am advising SustainPower on various acts, bylaws, and regulation around the energy, water, and hydrocarbons space. I have build various financial models to evaluate the benefits of selective feedstocks, technologies, funding models, electrical tariff structures, and steam generation methods. I have also assisted in the design of various containerized solar system for application in refrigeration, reverse osmosis, mini-grids, diesel shaving, and energy storage. Show less

  I was appointed as Project Engineer to build a 40t/d organic feedplant in Philippi, Cape Town and a 1t/d facility in Los Angeles, California. The projects were consistently completed on time and within budget The 40t/d feedplant was designed to remove all inorganics from the waste and to produce a uniform organic substrate that has been de-watered, de-oiled, sterilized. The facility in California was designed to process 1t/d of organic feedstock on which black soldier fly larva is placed, harvested at maturity and processed.He was responsible for permitting, project management, drawing (AutoCAD and StektchUp) and the design of layouts, pumps, instruments, piping routes. As well as the construction of large scale structural civil and mechanical work and commissioning of automated systems of the organic feedplant. Show less

He is responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining; Testing sites, laboratory, inventory management, and registration software and maintains.He assisted with the establishment of the first testing site with only 20 staff in March 2021 and assisted in growing the company to 11 testing locations and more than 450 staff in two countries doing three types of tests.He was responsible for the company's daily operation and growth from HR, policy and procure, SOP and procurement.
