      SALSA (Students As LifeStyle Activists) is a secondary school peer-led educational intervention program, WSLHD Primary Health Care Education & Research Unit (PERU) lead the program.The program revolves around encouraging high school students to make healthy life choices such as increasing their physical activity and make healthy food choices. I was a volunteer for PERU, and along side my colleagues, I delivered the SALSA program to schools in the LHNHD including Tamworth and other towns within the Peel Cluster. Show less
