  R&D group leader for Commercial Products, welding equipment. I currently manage a production department of approximately 65 people. We manufacture welding wire feeders, power sources, and accessories. Lead, train, and manage technologists at quality assurance activities, such as audit, inspection, SPC, CAPA, and root cause analysis, as well as troubleshooting and repair of electrical equipment/ electronics. I also apply lean methodologies for process improvement, and apply electrical engineering for product/process quality improvement projects. Measure and analyze process capabilities. Manage internal quality audits of machine manufacturing. Develop and maintain metrics for measuring Quality performance in the Machine Division at Lincoln Electric in Cleveland, OH. Continuous improvement of product quality, cost, and manufacturability through design change.
