  In my 36 years as an educator, both in the classroom and as an administrator, I worked to serve my school communities with a visionary, collaborative, and selfless leadership style that resulted in building connections with people, driving student achievement, and sustaining a positive focus on continuous growth.As a lifelong learner myself, I continue to take advantage of professional development opportunities to remain current with what is considered to be best practice.
