  • Reviewed all chapter 13 plans as they arrived to verify proper treatment for Wells Fargoo When accounts arrived for review, would review each line of the chapter 13 plan o If found out of compliance would call the Bankruptcy Attorneys and or their paralegals to notify of plan discrepancyo If not able to get in touch with attorney would send letters stating need to get into compliance. Set alerts to self to see if attorney responded to lettero If attorney did not respond to letter, would then gather all information related to plan and contract then forward on to Wells Fargo Local Counsel for objection• Sent out and filed with each individual district court Payment Change Notices • Consistently hit all performance metrics while maintaining a high level of quality• Reviewed each Right to Cure account and sent for legal review if applicableo At 40 days past due an account in bankruptcy was considered to be in defaulto Would review account to see how payments were coming in to determine if needed to send for Right to Cure or just hold offo Once determined to send for RTC would note account and set alert to Right to Cure team to send out Right to cure and would set alerts on account when the RTC was set to expireo If RTC Expired and was not cured, then would check to see if customer or spouse was a soldier and if not would send over to legal for foreclosure review.o If foreclosure declined, would then send for charge off• Helped train new associates as needed• Handled about 15-60 calls per day (depending on volume) and still maintained a high level of quality on all work• Worked on Recovery 1 system and updated BK information on contracts (similar to Annuity Host and MRPS) Show less • Early and late stage collections trainedo With Early Stage collections I learned how to deal with customers arguing that they were not past due because they were in their grace periodo With Late Stage collections I learned how to instill a sense of urgency into the customero Also in late stage collections would also send customers over to the Home Preservation team to figure out how to make payments more affordable • Consistently hit very high marks in quality (level 5)• Consistently hit all performance metrics• Top Performer in October 2010• Promoted to Collector 2 in January 2011 (duties did not change) • Mentored new and struggling collectors• Served on initial quality committee to assist others in hitting quality Show less
