  Krypton Printing Systems is an importer and supplier of digital print solutions using Memjet technology. We are a global supplier of RTI Digital's suite of products for Southern and Sub-Saharan Africa and deliver value through consistent quality, operational excellence and premier customer service.The primary benefits of Vortex printers are speed, reliability, durability and productivity. The Memjet technology allows print runs that are longer and shorter but highly versioned. Multiple sets of different digital content or variable printing with Memjet technology is 8 – 10x faster than traditional printing. Unlike traditional inkjet systems, the Memjet technology maintains full productivity for all image types, colour mixes and media types.Ink is pushed through 5 x 70400 waterfall based nozzle print heads each delivering 700 to 900 million drops of ink per second. The range consists of high speed A0 wide format printers running at 1000sqm per hour (600 x A0 per hour), 30cm per second label printers, Envelope and Forms printer at 60 ppm full colour/full bleed. The print heads are a consumable with an uncomplicated paper path to accommodate multiple media from 52gsm newsprint to 400gsm board with no show through as is in the case of other conventional inkjet fixed head technology. There is very limited technical intervention with this technology as there are very few moving parts, so wear and tear is nominal and no need to continually upgrade or refresh expensive office or production equipment every 3 to 5 years as there are NO DUTY CYCLES OR MONTHLY LIMITATIONS.Most installations are supported through a cloud based remote interactive communication portal giving users complete peace of mind that their Vortex machines will be on standby and on call to perform when requested to do so.
