Analyzed hiring trends internally andbenchmarked against other campus programs at similar institutions. Brought stakeholdersacross Broad into alignment on key project tenets; developed relationships at top collegesnationwide. Managed portfolio of events onsite and on campus and oversaw completeproject budget. Generated formal reports and presentations on project milestones andfinal results. Successfully hired more than seven times as many graduating seniors into entry-level research positions compared to last year.• Campus Recruiting Program, Process Improvement project: Developed robustsystem for the recruiting team to effectively sharing campus candidates, almost all ofwhom were moving through the recruiting process for multiple positions simultaneously.New process now serves as model for other pipeline roles. • Alumni Network project: Led team of eight people from various functions withinAdministration to explore formation of a Broad alumni network.
