My job demands me to be active listener and be quick in responding to issue. Most important is the security of the employee which is performed by Amazon application. Queries starting from Orientation to Final Pay hit our queue and we channelize it in a right way to get the resolution maintaining the SlA. Queries can be via call or tickets.
