Areas of focus were claims and membership processing systems, EDI/XML transactions and client-server applications. Working in production support allowed me to learn the entire process. From onboarding and training staff to new systems to researching issues to find solutions allowing me to ensure the customer's needs were met. To help support the team, I willingly learned about and took on the Project Manager, Product Owner and Scrum Master roles. I enjoy learning new roles and finding new ways to support customers.
