  Having proved myself as the lead Head Nurse, taking the role to train and support new Head Nurses in their role with previous mentioned tasks. Authorisation of all weekly stock orders for all 11 Obex Dental sites across Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire ensuring appropriate items and amounts of stock are being ordered. Organisation of four weekly head nurse meetings organising content and engineer visits for equipment updates and training. Being responsible for ordering new equipment and training nurses and clinicians in its use. Inducting large groups of new nurses and clinicians for all sites collectively  Ensuring new acquired practices are fully compliant.
