  As the Event Manager for MLSA at KIET, I successfully led and coordinated a high-impact event, managing both a crowd of 150 attendees and a team of 30 volunteers. My responsibilities included overseeing event logistics, coordinating with speakers and vendors, and ensuring smooth execution on the day of the event. I took charge of crowd management, resource allocation, and team communication, ensuring that all tasks were completed on schedule and to a high standard. This experience honed my leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, all while fostering a collaborative environment to deliver a seamless event experience. Show less
