Asheville Outlets is 100% leased in the retail area, has 1 more food court restaurant under construction, which only leaves us with 2 more food court spaces until we will be 100% over all. Going through another Christmas, with the Holiday season starting out strong with over 21,000 people just on Black Friday! Our stores are full of great merchandise at great prices. We are booming!!
