  As a high school intern at the San Francisco Botanical Gardens, my job was to assist in the running of the children's nature exploration program. My tasks included taking inventory of food and craft supplies, purchasing supplies, developing and executing activities in the children's program, and assisting the children throughout the activities.

  As a high school intern at the San Francisco Human Services Agency, I was tasked with filing, organizing, and creating copies of various confidential files. I also gained knowledge of Excel and data entry, and attended workshops designed for college interns working in social services.

  Team member

  As a team member at Mochill Mochi Donut, I multi-tasked and took on many roles including cashiering at Mochill and Takoyaki Yamachan, frying and glazing donuts in the kitchen, topping takoyaki, moving supplies, cleaning, packing take out orders, and many other tasks. At peak holiday times, each day consisted of interacting with over 100 to 200 customers as a cashier.

  Aggie Jumpstart is a program for first-year freshmen and transfer undergraduate students in the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences at UC Davis. As a peer mentor, my tasks primarily consisted of creating the biweekly newsletter, planning and executing community, service, or leadership events, planning and coordinating yearly celebrations, and communicating with students through Instagram and Discord.

  Practicum student

  As a practicum student at the Early Childhood Preschool, I assisted the lead teacher by caring for four assigned students in the afternoon preschool class. Duties began before the start of the class from debriefing, to planning daily activities, to helping children execute their plans and assisting participation in group activities. I attended classes on child development and learning alongside working at the preschool.
