      ·Technical lead for cplace and ETQ Reliance.Major Client: Detroit Diesel Corporation Engineering Program Management (EPM)· Founded and leading a local cplace governance team to improve tool and data quality, and to integrate a business partner into the development process.· Assisting Daimler Truck's cplace development team with their development backlog.· Developing an Alteryx interface between Daimler's project management (cplace) and prototype build planning (NPP) systems.· Continuously improving EPM's project status reporting system, giving them more insight into the status for their engineering projects.Major Project: Designing a VDA-compliant xFMEA module for ETQ Reliance· Serving as the team's technical expert in Reliance development.· Adding to Reliance's QMS suite by designing a complete xFMEA solution.· Collecting requirements from prospective Reliance clients to inform the xFMEA solution.· Rapid prototyped a demo of the xFMEA solution for a prospective client, which turned "Noes" into "Yeses".· Team received Sandalwood's 2021 Exemplary Team Accomplishment award. Show less Major Client: Detroit Diesel Corporation Engineering Program Management (EPM)· Became the team’s and Detroit Diesel’s technical lead for cplace, Daimler’s project management platform.· Developed a an Alteryx-backed Tableau visualization of the team’s project test plans, bringing visibility and enhanced functionality to a previously manual, PowerPoint-based process.· Designed and implemented an improved project status reporting system in cplace, giving EPM the data it needs to better steer its projects.· Provided vital support to EPM’s engineering liaisons in integrating their departmental timelines and issue management processes with the project schedules, bringing a new level of visibility and coordination to the organization.· Received Sandalwood’s 2020 award for creative and out-of-the-box thinking for the cplace solutions provided to the client.· Provides cplace user training and documentation for teams both within and outside of Detroit.· Provides team members with guidance and direction on working in cplace and how best to manage EPM’s schedules· Manages the software feature HiL validation and sign-off process, ensuring all items are signed off for each software release.Minor Client: Ford Motor Company· Analyzed departmental process maps for opportunities to automate, implement AR/VR, and for single-sources-of-truth.· Used Alteryx and Tableau to create a dashboard for the Dearborn Truck Plant that explores manufacturing defects at a set of stations.
