Managed fiscal budget of +$300,000 and expenditure, including forecasting future expenses, enforced policies and procedures. Insured emergency vehicles complied with rules, ordinances and regulations both state and federal, ensured employees followed all department policies, SOPs and applicable laws. Insured all employees had and were provided with training and development. Created schedules, assigned and distributed work for eight employees, prepared staff reports. Part of the investigation accident team to find the root cause of accidents and recommended solutions.
