      Reporting to the Chief Information Officer this position oversees the ICT Service Delivery function to the organisations user base of 22,500 students and 4,000 staff. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer this position leads a team of Technical Support Officers (TSOs) to achieve defined service delivery outcomes and oversee the delivery of projects and tasks using adopted IT Service Management and Operational Management principles and project management methodologies. Provide technical support to a broad range of internal customersincluding as an escalation point to Junior TSOs. Support the development, installation and configuration of information technology and communication systems as well as providing troubleshooting, maintenance, support, and optimisation services/support.
