      Worked with my team to ensure we met the daily production quota. My role mostly included sealing and packing units, batch numbering, monitoring the final packaging process and taking inventory. I improved productivity by training all my team members to properly seal and pack units thereby ensuring that the whole production process was not dependent on any single person and all members of the team could switch roles and take on tasks that required urgent attention.
