  During my five years I was a referee with CZRC I learned a lot about the game of hockey through officiating hockey. While I was officiating I advanced up in levels every year I officiated. While I was a referee I learned different ways to be able to interact with fans, coaches and players in through various situations. I made sure to help set the expectations for the players and coaches through regular communication with coaches and players throughout the game to help maintain control and trust.

  I worked during the summer at Heritage Park in the Wainwright Hotel Dinning room, Saloon and Drews Saloon. It is was a great time as I was trained in many positions and picked them up quite quickly. This allowed me to help out in almost every position when I was needed. The role I enjoyed the most was Expeditor. In that role, I was the middle man between the kitchen and the servers. This was the last line of quality control before the food was put in front of our customers. It also involved adding the finishing touches to the food and make sure the right food goes to the right table every time. Show less

  While working at the Liquor Depot it is my responsibility to help serve and provide the best experience possible while knowing both the layout and location of every item in the store. While working here I have been able to enhance both my ability for face to face customer service and understand the basic necessities for the day to day running of a business. It is also required while working there to be able to problem solve any situation that may come up as you are often the only one there. During shift you must be able to handle money properly and with precision so that you can provide not only an accurate count but, when needed the ability to swiftly as well. Show less

  Working as a floor manager it is my goal to provide the leadership and guidance to all the servers, host’s, bartenders and setters on a given night. This is done through the constant communication with the Sous Chef of the evening, setting standards for all the employees for the evening and making sure to be there for the guest and employees incase anything is found lacking. As an Earls server I aim to provide guests with the best dining experience possible. This means helping guests with any questions about the menu and providing alternatives for any special requests. As the face to our guests, I am an ambassador for the talented chefs and bartenders who prepare the orders.
