They were monitored weekly until they were considered successful events after 4 weeks of meeting or exceeding goals. These events were compiled and reported to the RVP.I used lean tools, programs, and processes to run site specific projects for our facilities to assist in reducing hours, increased performance, implementing standards, root cause analysis, etc..I was in charge of a customer based project throughout our network to reduce OS&Ds within 9 of our facilities.
