  Back to Brazil, continuing my managing consultant role in IBM Security Expert Labs and as Team's Tech Leader to guide the team and its members to reach higher goals and more visibility inside IBM, not only in Brazil but, world-wide. As I specialize my self in our security intelligence portfolio and threat prevention, I have to understand the whole picture of our portfolio of solutions and services, create new offerings, create delivery standards to existing offerings, leverage team's knowledge, drive pre-sales activities as RFPs, proof of concepts and also delivery activities such as deployments, advanced projects and tunings, healthchecks etc. Still, I speak in internal events for global IBMers of Security business unit and customers' events.While mentorizing my team and sharing my experience and expertise I look forward to have them all well known in a global market and becoming more successful than they are already.
