I started working for Claire's as a Sales Assistant in Nov 2002. Within 3 months I became a Supervisor and the very same year, after successfully completing the training, I got promoted to Assistant Manager at the Liverpool Street branch. One year later I became the Branch Manager. In 2007 I transferred to the Bond Street branch where I managed 16 staff in total, of which two were Assistant Managers and two were Supervisors. This store was one of the 50 highest turnover stores in Europe.Having worked my way up in the company, I have gained management experience but I also know how to deliver the best customer service in store face to face, so I can lead the team by example.
