  - Led on the successful development and application to the DfE of a Synthetic Phonics Programme which resulted in the programme being validated in the first round.- Managed external publishers and designers to develop a high quality affordable programme for schools under very tight time constraints and stringent criteria.- Planned the roll out, programme offer and ongoing development of FFT’s early reading programme which is used in hundreds of schools nationally and internationally.- Innovated new mechanisms to support, guide and train schools which resulted in 98% retention of subscribed schools, positive net promoter scores, schools securing positive Phonics Screening Check results and successful inspection outcomes.- Utlised Salesforce to develop a comprehensive library of FAQs to support schools and gather feedback to refine programmes.- Used a range of data to refine programmes and educational research to lead on the addition of new programme offers including a Nursery programme and a digital daily spelling programme & daily reading programme for Y2.- Collaborated with cross-functional teams to support the promotion of programmes to new schools which has included the development of marketing materials, case studies and quantitative and qualitative data collection.- I am currently leading a team to develop a new programme targeted at older children who need reading catch up which involves developing the road map for launch, managing freelancers, working to timescales and drawing on educational research.
