      Events Manager of the most popular student night in Cardiff. Continuously filling the night club to, and beyond, capacity each week. The event would consistently draw up to £6000 a week in entry fees alone.I managed and inspired a team of 40 student promoters, and ran the door on the evening. Devised weekly themes and events to promote and best attract custom.Managed and maintained relationships with Social Secretaries of all University clubs and groups, this in turn maintained positive retention and high numbers.Co-ordinated the hours and pay sheets for all staff.Maintained morale in all employees to continually work at an constant, high level.       Serving Army Officer (Captain) in The Rifles, a highly regarded Infantry Regiment.12 months Officer and Leadership Training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.4 months infantry skills, tactics, leadership and robust fitness progression in the Brecon Beacons.1 month Jungle Warfare, survival and tactics in the Jungle of Belize.Qualified to instruct and run live weapons ranges on pistols, rifles, automatic weapons and explosives.Jungle Tracker and Ground Sign Awareness Instructor in Brunei and Malaysia.Platoon Commander of 40 men in the UK and on Operations in Afghanistan. An Operations Platoon that deployed all over Helmand Province working independently and with others. Instructed and trained 90 recruits from civilian to soldier at the Infantry Training Centre Catterick.Commanded the Anti Tank Platoon, instructing and deploying to Kenya for 2 months.Deployed to Qatar and instructed their Army Officers in Infantry tactics, skills and aggression for 3 months, achieving international acclaim for my efforts.Co-ordinated the security of all performers at the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo - 2014.Posted as Adjutant of a Reserve Battalion, managing the discipline and welfare of up to 500 soldiers. Assisting and working directly to the Commanding Officer, and being the initial focal point for all Battalion interaction. Owning the diary of the Commanding Officer and managing multiple projects at once.Currently the Captain in charge of Officer Recruiting within The Rifles. Identifying quality and individuals we deem suitable two join our Regiment. Also co-ordinating Regimental events and projects.
