He has significantly worked in EHP -HR Upgrade, worked from scratch to the finish and have successfully lead to the HR Upgrade. Have efficiently resolved many technical issues during upgrades resulting into highest client satisfaction and achieve the stipulated timelines. His dedicated efforts during the Upgrade has been acknowledged by business and have gained a great trust relationship. He dedicatedly made efforts in bringing access to ROLE BASE with finance modules in SAP. The pain area of user based authorization was the main thing to work upon to improve the CSI and reduce the client escalation. His initiative for conversion of User based authorization to Role based has eliminated the challenges faced by end users resulting into smooth authorization provisioning and expected improved CSI. His dedication on process and functional knowledge has enabled him to cater to client and achieve the targets for which he has been recognized and appreciated by senior management.
