The program expose me to various department/units with the Financial department. Exposure: • In the Inventory Assurance team I assisted in ensuring the validity, accuracy and completeness of movements captured into BP’s ERP system and provides ultimate assurance on stock and entitlement volume balances as reported in the accounting systems agree to physical volumes. This rotation exposed me to the logistics side of things, I now have a good understanding of cycle involved in managing, handling and transporting of product. • In the Supply Accounting team I assisted in ensures that all Hydro Carbon supplier payments are processed timeously and accurately and addressing all pricing or volume disputes with suppliers.
