Responsible for creating the annual dealer sales forecast by estimating total vehicle sales, gross and operating profit as well as expenses. I regularly meet with the first line managers of both brands to plan and implement objectives for achieving sales and gross budgets. I coordinate the appropriate supply of new vehicles and ordering/ acquiring vehicle inventory accordingly depending on market requirements in terms of vehicle profiles and price positioning against competition.
