J.Crew
Oct 2013 - May 2014Sales AssociateI had the opportunity of working as a Sales Associate for J.Crew at their largest flagship location on the bustling Fifth Avenue. They are an American multi-brand, multi-channel, specialty retailer. Originally just a seasonal worker, after the Holidays I was asked to continue working for the company based on my customer service performance. I received a compliment from the current CEO, "Mickey" Drexler, on behalf of this performance. As a greeter, I welcomed each customer into our store and helped resolve the issues of those who would set off the security alarms. As a cashier, I handled the purchases and returns of our customers, and engaged them to ensure that they received the quality service they came in expecting. When certain conflicts would arise, I would team up with the Lead Cashier, aimed at a solution that left the customer satisfied. As a fitting room attendant, I assisted clients with outfit design and sizing, while also maintaining an organized environment. J. Crew is an elevated brand that caters to a clientele that expects nothing short of the best quality available. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience working with brand, and hold the company overall in the highest of respects. Show less
