  As an RA, I work hard to make sure the residents under my care survive and thrive what is for many their hardest years. I host events for residents to socialize, help with questions about our property or school, and serve as a liaison between residents and management.As a leasing agent, it is my duty and pleasure to make the housing process as painless as possible. While connecting with the prospect, I truthfully display the property and guide them through the application and lease. I answer questions and describe what the resident should expect when joining our community.My hard work in both of these positions contributed to us leasing the property to 100% capacity for the first time in decades! Show less This internship was an amazing opportunity created for me by the Vice President of Student Housing and Hospitality. Trinity Property Consultants is a comparatively new name in student housing, and they have yet to produce corporate materials that they can give to properties to train their leasing agents.It was my mission to develop the leasing framework for Trinity and to produce materials that managers could use to help train their agents in leasing. I primarily focused on building trust between customers and leasing agents through truthful service that prioritized the well-being of the consumer.I accomplished this mission by visiting a dozen student properties spread over several states, and meeting with leasing teams to see what materials would best benefit them. My materials will be refined by the marketing team, made available to existing properties, and sent to newly acquired properties. Show less
