  I have over eleven years of macadamia experience in South Africa, Mozambique, Zambia as well as in Malawi. My area of expertise is in the management of macadamia production with extensive knowledge in irrigation, fertilization and harvesting. My additional skills in soil conservation, water resource management and conservation of the natural environment. These skills are vital in an agricultural operation as the managing and preservation of the natural resources is fundamental.Furthermore, i am also responsible for the de-husking and curing facility that will eventually channel over 9,000 tons of nuts in shell before cracking and packaging the kernels for the export market. I am also responsible for the coordination and execution of harvesting, quality control and logistical procedures.Bester is leading the Operational aspect of the Company’s Bee & Honey Project.In total I manage 1213 ha of planted macadamia orchard, responsible for over thousand strong labour force and training of Managers.
