      general routine/breakdown maintenance on pumps & valves, repacking & servicing of pumps, glands & valves pump changes, washing down filters and floors, housekeeping, operating a waste water naturalization plant, small blinds, spacers and valve changes, audits and inspections of work areas, awareness of hazardous chemicals and correct storage, descaling of pipe work, isolation /locking out of washers, filters and surrounding pipe work communicating with other work groups. Acid shooting pipe work to remove scale build up from pipe work. Watching levels, flows and trends on PI program and also using programs such as SAP ,Portal, DCS such as Baileys and ABB to organize work groups and parts/supplies and adjust flows.. Show less
