I contributed to the introduction of the AMBS Total Facilities Management contract, facilitating successful contract expansion, to include the maintenance, security, postal and cleaning services within additional buildings; leading to the recruitment of additional staff. Other duties included being the Account Technical Contact for Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, UPS, Generator and Battery systems, DC business risk management, feasibility studies, project justification, infrastructure load monitoring and control.
