  As a licensee I have and run futsal development centres as part of the Futsal Focus Academy, where we aim to develop talented young players with an emphasis on our 1k touch programme, with the aim to produce technically gifted players who are comfortable on the ball and give them the skills and experience to make the best decision when under pressure. I have developed and grown futsal clubs in Reigate, Epsom, Ashtead and Eltham while also assisting at other centres across Surrey and South London. I have been involved with the Futsal Focus Academy's growth and good reputation of producing and developing elite youth level players who are technically strong, with numerous players progressing to be signed with professional football academies, including Chelsea, Tottenham, Arsenal, West-Ham, Brighton, Millwall, Charlton and Southend Show less
