  Over two decades at Zagrebačka banka, I have led and contributed to a wide range of initiatives across corporate, retail, and EU-focused banking. My journey covered strategic roles in financing product development, project and structured finance, retail and corporate lending, and in blended finance solutions.Some highlights include:- Designing and launching EU-funded and IFI-backed guarantee schemes (InvestEU, EGF, EIB RSF)- Leading teams in the structuring of financing for energy, infrastructure, M&A and general corporate needs- Spearheading the internal capacity building for EU funds across departments- Driving retail lending product innovation- Co-ordinated the operational execution of CHF-to-EUR loan conversion in 2015, covering over 11,000 clients – a sensitive, large-scale regulatory initiative- Directed the card and payment services cluster, streamlining operations and improving accessibility across the national retail networkThroughout, I’ve worked closely with international financial institutions, public bodies and private clients to turn funding opportunities into real, measurable results.
