  Providing critical support for the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and transit agencies across the country in order to meet national safety guidelines and regulations.I develop and design learning materials, curriculum, and performance support tools for in-person and virtual workshops for clients, and work to continually improve the training development process and create new training solutions.In addition to training development, I am part of the state safety oversight (SSO) team that conducts audits of state safety oversight agencies (SSOAs) on behalf of the FTA, ensuring that designated SSOAs are enforcing federal regulations at the RTAs in their jurisdiction.I have a deep understanding of federal law and regulations related to transit safety, including Safety Management Systems (SMS) and its implementation in the field of public transit.
