Receipt and validation of job tickets received for Production from job planning, Creation and maintenance in an orderly fashion of all artwork created for production for easy referencing and reprinting. See to Production for Colour Match and End to End Production. Operation of all pre-press equipment and 1st level maintenance. Checking digital artwork for printability (colour, font, size, images etc) for Bank Cards, Security I.D Cards, GSM Cards and Loyalty Cards, preparing artwork for final printing. Preparing layout with PREP 6, Processing / making offset plate using CTP / CTF (Xpose! 230 / Polymer Raptor), Dry Offset Plate, Wet Offset Plate, Waterless Plate (Toray Plate), Digital Film and other necessary functions.
