      After completing my first year as an NQT and achieving full QTS, I went on to teach a for a total of three years. I taught PE at KS3, KS4 and KS5, both core PE lessons and BTEC Sport at KS5. I was the only teacher delivering A-Level Psychology, working with two AS groups and one A2 group. I also engaged in a number of whole school events on site and was involved in international school trips.

During this time I was able to increase regional headcount by 20% and build experience and connections within recruitment.

My role involves developing our business strategy, internal training and development and performance management through internal review and our Bullhorn CRM.A key part of my job is to ensure we keep providing and improving on the personalised and tailored service we try to offer our client schools, many of whom have become loyal customer and friends. Show less In the role of in-house recruitment manager for Dipont Education, I am hiring educators across Dipont's 20 high school programs in different regions of China, plus academic leadership roles within the company headquarters. This includes the use of LinkedIn Recruiter and networks, working with third party agencies and use of the Recruitee ATS. I oversee the interview, background referencing checks and candidate experience and assist with the onboarding and visa process in collaboration with HR and schools.
