Provided process engineering redesign support for oliefin quench water system vapor recovery that recovered 2 million lbs/yr of ethylene.   Provided startup support for 14,000 ton per day lurgi coal gasification project which produced 135 mmcf/d of natural gas, sulfur, CO2, phenols, naptha and ammonia. Profided air compliance support. Site had 3 boilers and 2 superheaters which fired 3 liguid and 3 gas streams. Provided real time material balances for Calibration of CEM on single plant stack. Revied design and operation of 92" dia. flare. Provided operations with guidelines to insure adequate BTU values for combustion were maintained at all times at flare.
