  I help lead the team in charge of processing resources for government clearances. I work closely with the security team leadership to help improve processes and procedure as well as build relationships with our customers. I ensure that resources will be able to pass different project clearance levels by going over paperwork with the resources; and also performing fingerprinting on-site for resources to cut down the turnaround time for the resources paperwork. I also manage a database of all resources for each project to manage the status of the resources and to track processing times from the start of the process until it is complete. Show less
