  Former Officer-In-Charge of B&L's Syracuse|Rochester|Buffalo-based Water-Wastewater Practice Area staff, providing a diverse range of wastewater management and water resources services for predominantly municipal clients across NYS. I assumed the role of Director of B&Ls Sustainable Planning & Design (SPD) Practice Area in January 2019 after 29-years of water-wastewater focused services. Our Team of W-WW and SPD Engineers, Planners and Landscape Architects are highly proficient with structuring and developing fundable projects under my Leadership and guidance. We are experts in securing funding through the NYS Consolidated Funding Application (CFA), NYS Environmental Facilities Corporation's CWSRF and DWSRF programs, and numerous other federal, state, and regional funding programs. Together, we help our clients fund and advance projects from planning through design, bidding and construction. My 30+ years and progression into ownership at B&L have been driven by my intense work ethic, and my desire to deliver affordable infrastructure projects tailored to our Clients' needs and goals. My role as SPD Practice Area Director is supported by a highly diverse and talented staff of general site/civil engineers, municipal planners, and landscape architects, who, together, plan and implement award winning sustainable infrastructure projects focused on water quality, safety, walkability and connectivity, recreation, and carbon footprint reduction.
