Responsible for the timely dispatch of cement from the terminal as per the set targets. Responsible for monitoring the operational cost and continuously looks for ways to reduce cost to achieve economies of scale. Proactively reduce the turnaround time of the distribution of cement by effective utilization of manpower and resources. Also responsible for the overall maintenance and distribution of manpower at the terminal.  Work closely with the plant / loading port / shipping / marketing & transporters to plan timely cement availability & timely dispatch as per market requirements. Prepare annual budget for the Terminal at the beginning of the year as per the company’s growth plans and get the same approved by the management. Regularly liaison with the local Government authorities on all Terminal related activities. Maintain good working relationships with the local unions, locals , villagers etc  Oversee all statutory compliances required related to run the Terminal Responsible for ensuring all operations are carried out as per specified safety standards Show less
