Only the GSM operators which fit into these developments can maintain their marketshare or can increase their marketshare.In this study, the effect of value that consumers perceive on consumer decision making styles (Consumer Style Inventory- CSI) is researched. In accordance with this purpose, it has been tried to determine on which characteristics the value that consumers perceive for the GSM operator they use is grounded and what effects this perceived value has on consumer decision making styles.The reason why I worked on this subject was to differentiate customers according to defined characteristic features in the literature.
