      Multi-systemic therapy business support officer (senior administrator)

      Senior Business Support Officer for the Multisystemic Therapy (MST) team in Northamptonshire. Duties include data collation, diary management, file management and business management to four Multisystemic Therapists and a Clinical Psychologist. Since starting work in May 2012, I was responsible as the sole permanent team member to set up the office in advance of team members arriving in December 2012. This has required working with very senior members of staff on both the Local Authority and NHS level, primarily on a one-to-one basis. This work has involved office set up and organisation, procurement of office requirements, stakeholder engagement conferences and meetings, including liaison with and promoting active engagement with local Social Care, Youth Offending and CAMhS services. I have undertaken training in the CareFirst and CareWorks programme and consistently maintain my required CPFT mandatory training. I am responsible for operating the MST Team SharePoint site and managing the team's business and training requirements. In addition I manage the recruitment processes for both MST teams in Northamptonshire. Recognised in January 2014 and again in February 2015 by letter from CPFT Chief Executive for outperforming the grade expectations of my role. In February 2014 I took over Business Support responsibility for the new second MST team, and delivered the induction & handover programme to my incoming replacement for the original team. In April 2014, following selection by CPFT Executive Board for enhanced development opportunities, I began to undertake an NHS Leadership Development course "The Edward Jenner" programme delivered by the NHS Leadership Academy. In addition, and again as a result of CPFT Executive Board selection, in June 2014, I commenced the ILM Level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management, successfully completing this in February 2015Participating member of the CPFT Chief Executive's Project Management Group for Staff Engagement Change.
