  I started my career in US Staffing and Recruitment in IDC as an Account Manager. I started off there with their key accounts like TekSystems, Polaris, HCL and CSC under the guidance of some senior most Sales Managers. Soon, I found my own niche and proficiency in sales and revived a dormant client – NIIT – and worked as a SPOC with them. I helped acquire a few more clients like Mahindra Satyam (Now TechM), Experis IT and Persistent Systems.In 2014-2015, IDC was expanding its base in TCS, now their biggest client, and there were bigger responsibility and opportunity. I accepted the challenge and worked since then on TCS Account. I maintain direct communication with more than a dozen of client TAG's that helps my team to access the complete array of requirements on time.
