    I am an MBA (PGPMAX) from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad and a Electronics and Telecom Engineer from the Nagpur University. I have worked in two completely different industry's manufacturing (8 Years plus) and Software Development / Implementation / Consultancy (5 Years). In earlier role with Jaideep Ispat and Alloys PVT. LTD. I used to look after IT, HR, organization development, Business Excellence, and sit on board of company. this gives me deep insights into how business is run, and what should be done to drive profit, growth, productivity and sustainability. My area of expertise are Operations, Supply Chain Management, Value creating using IT, Governance and Business Strategy. I am very passionate about learning, driving efficiency, productivity and profitable growth in family run organizations . Its my dream to make Indian businesses compete globally.
