      My main responsibilities include: - As this role developed I was carrying out right to buy surveys. Assessing the condition of properties from a visual inspection.-Receiving details of completed works from the surveying, repairs and compliance teams and ensuring records are updated as appropriate. This is then followed up with regular reconciliations to ensure records are up-to-date.-Working with colleagues to understand what information they need from our database, and either demonstrating how they can access this information or designing report templates.-Administering WBC's rolling 5 year stock condition survey program, programming properties in to the program, providing these to Waverley's inspectors and verifying the data returned. In the early stages of the current program I also worked with the inspectors to design the survey to ensure ease of use.-Shortly after joining Waverley I became the Property Services Teams (PST) SharePoint super user, during implementation I consulted with the PST to understand what was needed in the teams libraries, meta data etc. and then communicated this to our IT. Since implementation I help members of the team with any questions they have about SharePoint and encourage good practice.Projects involved in:-Participated in the Young Local Authority of the Year 2017, making presentations at an event in Lancaster Show less
