  - Planning for a start-up of a New Client to go-live with regular updates to the senior management .- Staffing for a team of 30 plus with a mixed model of experienced and freshers. Initially lead the team of 30 individually.- Key role in identifying right candidates with their competencies from lateral IGs, supporting the recruitment team on technical round of interview for external hires. - Getting the team trained on relevant Epic modules, follow up till the completion of their certification for staffing without any issues. - Reporting the status regularly to the Leadership team on the statuses both at Offshore and Onshore. Keeping the Client informed in advance and requesting an extension if required with a valid reason.- Monitoring the application for critical batch/Job at the right time, informing the Client ahead of time for any delays or start-ups or if not run as well for the day. - Testing the application on a monthly basis for Code drop to ensure smooth functioning of the application.- Incident Management for Batch abends, Check with the vendor team for the reason and action according to the Client agreed documents (SOW).- Supporting Onshore (Analysts and SMEs) during Upgrade activities and documentation.- Creating and maintaining knowledge repositories for repetitive builds in the Client SharePoint and Service Now knowledge sites.- Continuous mentoring and counseling team as and when there were new team memb's joining the team.- Continuous monitoring of the Service Catalogue tasks SLAs for completions and change requests.- Have taken multiple sessions on the RCM workflow at Industry and project level.- Presented new ideas to the Client and ways to automate.- Created weekly Resolute dashboards for Client meetings. Show less - End to End support and maintenance of Clinical applications such as OnBase and 3M Encoder like a Product Owner, good understanding of the As-Is and the To-Be model in the Service Delivery Life Cycle process. Also, worked with the Epic HIM team closely in creating new and maintaining the Document type for Chart Review. Had a good understanding of HIM Coding and Abstracting, Deficiency Tracking, ROI, Chart Tracking modules during this time.- Had travelled to Client's place (U.S Palo Alto) for a KT. Once back to Offshore was leading the application as an SME with the team.- Incident Management: All severities required a good collaboration with multiple teams such as Networking, Interface, Server team, Informatica, Vendor and Application team. Constant updating the ticket with the current status on the ticket. Communication with the end user as and when required till the issue is fixed. - Problem Management: Create a problem ticket for repetitive incidents of similar kind, work deep onto the issue, research and analyse come up with the solution or a fix. This was an integrated effort across multiple teams with multiple iterations in arriving at a solution.- Change Management: Creating a change request and deploying the change into the production along with a bit of Unit testing before the scheduled time of the change. - Eye on the SLAs of the changes and Incidents regularly.-Supported the Onshore team during Upgrade activities.-Updating the patches or the hotfixes as and when there was a release from the vendor website.- Supporting and Testing the application during downtime of other EMR to which these ancillary applications were integrated with.- Worked on enhancements, optimization related tasks along with the vendor.Implementing the business requirements within the Client timelines. Show less - Started with Accenture as a fresher and grew up the ladder as an SME that is Clinical Data Validation Expert parallel to the role of a Team Lead. - Worked on multiple protocols (Trials) for Neuroscience and Vaccination therapeutic areas. - As an SME was responsible for Start-up, Maintenance, and lock of Clinical Study Database (Clinical Phase Trial). - Responsible for review and validation before getting a drug in the Market. Caught up discrepancies across the study level and had the protocol amendments co-ordinating with the CDPL and CDPM at Onshore -As an SME was responsible in addressing all the discrepancies before study lock along with the team members. - Good coordination with Onshore team in getting all the outstanding discrepancies resolved well ahead of the timelines. - Good knowledge of the Study Protocols and SOW for many drugs. - Handled the project in getting the Study Database Lock with a quality of 99.99%.
