      Working within the Marine Autonomous Robotic Systems Development Group, I lead technical delivery of projects. As the Engineering Manager, for the AUV Operations group, I lead a team of highly skilled specialist engineers.Together we are responsible for delivering the large scale ship based AUV capability within the UK scientific marine equipment pool. As part of the AUV development team, I am working to develop the next generation of long range 6000m rated autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs). The role also has a ship based operational aspect, which takes me around the world with the vehicles to generate end user scientific data.
