  For the client Comcast, I worked as a contractor for Cognizant. I only worked for three months before having to leave due to health difficulties.For the client, I created a portal called RCA (Root Cause Analysis). From database setup to display layer to database layer, this project entails a lot of work.This is an internal application used by the RCA team to track incidents that occurred in the previous weeks, gather information from several incident management systems, save it in a single database, update action items, and generate reports.
